CEMS Maintenance Programs:
Unfortunately, many facilities lack the staff required to maintain their CEM Systems. A lack of maintenance required for these systems can result in equipment failure, substitution or loss of emissions data, and increased analyzer repair costs. ESS offers complete maintenance programs custom designed specifically for your system.

Preventive Maintenance:

The maintenance programs include monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance visits, as well as emergency services. This includes the preparation of a Quality Control Plan and/or update of your current plan. An ESS service technician will make twelve on-site visits per year to perform the recommended preventative maintenance on your CEM System, including but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Probe Inspection/Cleaning
  • Scrubber Replacement
  • Filter Changes
  • Diagnostic Check on all Analyzers
  • Complete Scaling of System
  • Complete Calibration
  • Quarterly Performance Audits (in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60 or Part 75 and the applicable performance specifications)
  • Annual RATA (in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60 or Part 75)
